If you do not receive the parcel within the shipping time stated above, please contact us within the next two working days at valeryprinting@gmail.com, so that we can check with the courier company.
Any parcel that fails to be delivered will be kept in the courier warehouse for up to 7 days and they will be returned if no one pick them up within 7 days. If you do not contact us before the return, you will need to cover the second shipping fee for your parcel.
TRACKING NUMBER
You will receive your tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped out. We normally ship out orders within 3-4 working days. Please note that the notification email might be located in your Junk/Spam mailbox if you can’t find our mail in your primary mailbox. You may track your order with the tracking number provided via this tracking system directly.
